Staff from the Shelby County Trustee's Office will provide details on how to participate in the county's regular Tax Sale auction of delinquent properties as well as solicit feedback for improving the process. The Shelby County Land Bank will explain their process of selling county-owned properties and demonstrate its GIS-based system for identifying available Land Bank properties throughout the county. The next Tax Sale is Wednesday, Jan. 9.
