  1. The parcel was taken by Shelby County in a Tax Sale;
  2. The redemption period for the property has expired;
  3. The property has been transferred from the Shelby County Trustee to the Shelby County Real Estate Office (these are two separate offices).

Note:Properties will be removed from this page when they are either:

  • Sold by the Real Estate Office;
  • Transferred into governmental programs (Homestead);

Definitions:

Address – Address of property location

Tax Sale – Number assigned by the Trustee for the tax sale

Minimum Bid at Tax Sale – The minimum bid reflects the delinquent taxes and court fees at the time of the tax sale.This bid may not be the asking price of the property.To determine the asking price of the property, contact the Shelby County Real Estate Office.

Assessment – The assessed value of the property from the current tax roll.
